October 10, 2023

Tech and People (TAP) Network announced today the addition of three new members to its board of directors including Michelle Brooks, Chief People and Culture Officer at Security Compass in Toronto, Natasha Gordon, VP, People at Ntirety in Vancouver, and Victoria Petriw, Executive VP, North America at Conversion in Vancouver.

“We are thrilled to welcome Michelle, Natasha and Victoria to our board, to help guide TAP Network’s strategies and priorities”, said Raj Chahal, Chair of the Board for TAP Network. “TAP Network is a unique peer community for People and Culture professionals in Canada’s tech sector and it was important to our board that we appoint individuals who are embedded in Canada’s tech sector and have taken leadership roles within our community and beyond.”

Michelle worked in progressively senior leadership roles within industry-leading recruitment firms, before making the transition in-house to executive leadership roles in the technology sector. Michelle has successfully helped tech companies build for scale and actively contributes to the People & Culture community as a mentor, advisor and speaker. She is also a Steering Committee member for TAP Network’s conference, Tech Talent North.

Natasha is a long time member and volunteer leader within TAP Network, currently co-chairing the Total Rewards portfolio for the Steering Committee. Natasha has led the People and Culture, Learning and Development, and Corporate Administration functions at Ntirety since 2012. Prior to that, Natasha worked in the new media industry and for one of the largest credit unions in Canada, where she held positions in human resources, financial services, and accounting.

Victoria’s experience stems in building out thoughtful operating systems and experiences that enhance organizational culture and enable organizations to scale, and achieve their goals. As Executive Vice President at Conversion, she leads all major functions in North America, ensuring alignment and seamless operations across the company. Victoria has also been serving as co-chair for the Mentorship and Programs and Events portfolios for TAP Network’s Steering Committee.
