Becoming a Member
Our member community consists of People and Culture, Human Resources, and Talent Acquisition professionals within Canada’s tech sector.
Members come from all tech subsectors, such as Software Products and Services, Fintech, e-Commerce, AI, Data Science, Robotics, Quantum Computing, Life Sciences and Healthcare Tech, Clean Tech, AgTech, VFX and Animation, Video Game and Interactive Digital Media, Hardware Design, Development and Manufacturing and more. Our members also operate in large tech divisions of non-tech companies.
Eligibility Requirements:
- To join as a member, a company must be in the Canadian tech sector, with at least 30 employees and a dedicated HR / People and Culture rep.
- Member companies are required to participate in and purchase the annual Tech Salary Survey. Participants save over 60% on the survey fee.
