Our annual conference – Tech Talent North – is Canada’s Conference about People and Culture in Tech. Digital Transformation Management Program

The Digital Transformation Management Program is part of the Digital Innovation and Leadership (DIAL) initiative.

As the economy embraces the age of digital disruption with massive AI advancements, the need for a digitally savvy workforce has become increasingly important. The DIAL initiative is at the forefront of this revolution, preparing employers and individuals for success in the AI-driven digital economy.

Founded by Simon Fraser University’s Beedie School of Business in partnership with DIGITAL, DIAL brings together a partner consortium to empower individuals in their career journeys and provide organizations with the transformative knowledge required to flourish in the evolving digital landscape.

Tech Talent Canada

Connecting Canada’s tech companies to great talent.

For over 15 years, Tech Talent Canada has been successfully connecting Canada’s fastest growing companies with top tech talent, both online and in-person.

Starting with Techvibes’ unique Techfest recruiting events and more recently with the #BCTECH Summit Job Fair, the Tech Talent Canada team has hosted over 40 recruiting events, helping 750+ companies including Amazon, Clio, Hootsuite, and Shopify connect with over 50,000 candidates.
