In this roundtable, we will be continuing our discussions with focused breakouts on different topics. Draft topics for discussion include 1) Effective DEIB Committees, 2) DEIB in hiring and recruitment processes, 3) DEIB in leadership and learning programs, 4) Open Employee Resource Group discussion.

This roundtable is targeted to all TAP Network members and will provide space for safe (and brave) conversations on issues of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
