Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) ERG - Roundtable

This roundtable is targeted to all TAP Network members and will provide space for safe (and brave) conversations on issues of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB).

This year, the roundtable will have meetings to support two objectives: 1) to share learnings on DEIB strategy and implementation work within the tech industry 2) to serve as a topical discussion space for members belonging to an equity-seeking group.

What members will get out of participating:

Opportunity to share learnings and hear from other organizations and teams implementing DEIB
Confidential space to share experiences in life and work, especially discussing issues related to equity-seeking groups
Exposure to new ideas & opportunities, and possibly hearing from expert guest speakers
