As part of our ongoing commitment to promoting diversity and inclusivity in the workplace, TAP Network is excited to announce the upcoming event "Disabilities Employment Awareness Lunch & Learn" on October 3rd, 2023, from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM. We are eager to shed light on the recruitment, retention, and development of individuals with disabilities, both visible and invisible, while fostering an environment of psychological safety for self-disclosure. Gain insights into the anticipated regulatory changes from a National perspective, alongside the “Accessible BC Act” with experts in the space.

This EDIB HUB Lunch n' Learn is offered as part of the ICT Boost Initiative. Funded in part by the Government of Canada’s Sectoral Workforce Solutions Program. Led by tech education leader Lighthouse Labs, ICT Boost aims to empower and support Canada's growing tech sector. Its primary goal is to remove barriers and equip equity-deserving communities with the necessary skills and training to launch careers in technology. ICT Boost extends its support to employers, providing them with essential tools, subsidies, and training to create inclusive and thriving work environments for all.
