In this Lunch and Learn we will be releasing the results of our 2023 Diversity Dashboard! The data is drawn directly from TAP Network’s national, annual Salary Survey, where participating organizations measure diversity in their organization using the Benchmarking Toolkit.

Not only will you get to see the exciting momentum we're making in the tech sector, presented by Ailsa Forsgren at Mercer, participants will also have an opportunity to ask questions on the results.

An overview of the Benchmarking Toolkit and EDIB Hub Resources, including the Pay up for Progress Toolkit, will be shared by Manpreet Dhillon from Veza Global. Participants will be connected to valuable resources and discussion on best practices in measuring representation, internal communications strategy and resources to support HR’s efforts.
