Leadership Development Programs

Leadership in Action Program (LEAP)

TAP Network partners with Leadership Development Program experts to offer leaders at our member companies the opportunity to learn and grow alongside their tech sector peers. These programs are customized for the member cohort and are offered a couple of times per year at a preferred rate. Our leadership development programs enable tech companies to train one, two or even ten leaders at a time, without bearing the cost of hosting in-house training. Equip your leaders with the skills to inspire, connect with, and bring out the best in employees.

Our next Leadership Development Program will run in the Spring of 2026. Please reach out to us at info@tapnetwork.ca to find out more about the Spring Cohort and learn more on our calendar of events here
