Benefits have never been more important to employees, and a comprehensive benefits offering can be a strategic differentiator when attracting and retaining talent. Traditional health and dental benefits are table stakes for tech employers. Today’s tech employees are expecting inclusive benefits packages that focus on mental wellness, family-friendly benefits, and flexibility.
The questions in our Group Benefits Survey are shaped by our member community of People & Culture professionals, resulting in a survey that collects valuable benchmarking information that’s uniquely tailored and uniquely relevant to Canada’s tech industry.
Our Group Benefits Survey provides a comprehensive view of what the market is offering today, and forecasted trends of tomorrow. The survey includes detailed and reliable benchmarking information on extended health and dental benefits, life, illness and disability insurance, flexible benefits plans, health care and wellness spending accounts, retirement plans, emerging benefits, and more. The survey data shows you what’s necessary and what’s nice-to-have in a benefits package, helping your organization prioritize where to invest your total rewards dollars.
