Following our recent announcement regarding Stephanie Hollingshead’s upcoming retirement, we are excited to share the next chapter of TAP Network’s leadership.
After eight years of dedicated service, Stephanie will step down at the end of June. She has been instrumental in shaping TAP Network into one of Canada’s most trusted communities for HR and People leaders in the technology sector. Under her guidance, our network expanded its reach, strengthened its impact, and drove crucial advancements in tech sector talent data and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Stephanie has built a remarkable community and a strong foundation for the future. We are deeply grateful for her leadership and the impact she has had on both TAP and the broader profession.
As TAP looks ahead to its next chapter, we are pleased to announce that Sachi Kittur will join the organization as CEO effective June 8, 2026. Sachi will work closely with Stephanie to ensure a seamless transition before Stephanie’s departure at the end of the month.
Sachi brings more than 25 years of experience partnering with high-growth technology companies (Yahoo, Mercatus, Sigma, and StickerYou) as a People and Culture executive, advisor, and speaker. She has guided organizations through rapid growth, digital transformation, and technology disruption, helping leaders build the culture, talent, and AI readiness needed to succeed. At TAP, Sachi will focus on deepening our community connections, insights, and opportunities while elevating the strategic influence of People and Culture leaders in shaping the future of work.
