Drawing on data from 84 Canadian technology companies, the session will highlight the people metrics most associated with stronger outcomes — including revenue per employee, retention, tenure, ramp-up time, and headcount discipline.
Following the presentation, we’ll host a facilitated peer discussion where People and Culture leaders can reflect on the findings, share perspectives, and explore how these metrics show up in their own organizations.
