TAP Network Launches 2026 Canadian Talent Benchmarking Study

TAP Network is excited to be launching a Talent Benchmarking Study that will drive research on Employee Lifetime Value, a prediction of the net value an employee brings to your organization over their full tenure.

The study provides a unique opportunity for Canadian tech companies to obtain valuable talent benchmarking data. It will provide participating companies with data-driven insights into key People & Culture metrics such as engagement, retention and revenue per employee — helping you compare your organization to peers and elevate talent conversations at the Executive, Board, and Investor level.

Canadian technology companies are invited to participate. The study will only take 10-15 minutes of your time, and it’s open to all Canadian technology companies with $1M+ in annual recurring revenue and 30 or more employees.

What’s Involved?

Participating companies will be asked to provide high-level data on:

  • Number of employees
  • Average tenure
  • Average salary
  • Revenue per FTE
  • Engagement and retention scores

Estimated time to complete: 10 – 15 minutes, once data is gathered.

Timeline

  • Study Open: September – October 31, 2025
  • Comprehensive Results + Playbook Released: February – March 2026
