Kaitlin has over seven years of experience across multiple industries, is a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL), and is dedicated to fostering supportive relationships between employees, leadership, and organizations. With a passion for all things People, she is a trusted advisor providing expertise on onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, organizational development and beyond.

Driven by a desire to change the narrative around HR & People and how we support our team members within the organization, Kaitlin brings a people-first approach to creating workplaces that thrive. Passionate about driving efficiency and engagement, she is dedicated to building inclusive and high-performing teams guided by empathy.

Currently serving as the People & Culture Manager at Sinn Studio Inc., Kaitlin continues to develop and lead the People & Talent department, laying the foundation for company growth, leading people strategies that align with business objectives, helping define core values, structuring compensation, performance management and implementing supportive policy and processes along the way. 

Kaitlin joined the Steering Committee this year, and co-leads the National Program & Events portfolio, responsible for oversight and planning of the topics and events in our annual events calendar.
