Ernestine Shin is a Senior Human Resources leader with experience in various industries including oil and gas, technology and financial institutions. She has a breadth of HR experience in multiple disciplines such as: strategic planning, talent acquisition, total rewards, performance management, employee relations and learning & development. Ernestine holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and a Human Resource Management Certificate from University of Calgary. As a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) member, she is committed to continuous improvement and bringing forth best practices in the HR field.

Ernestine believes that an effective HR strategy is essential to the business’ success by ensuring that the organization has the right people, skills, values and structure to achieve its objectives. Creating and fostering a positive and collaborative culture through diverse representations are among her passions.
