What a remarkable year it has been for TAP Network! In 2024, we reached an exciting milestone of over 1,000 members from more than 200 organizations across Canada. This growth wouldn’t have been possible without the amazing individuals who step up to lead and give back to our tech community. A huge shoutout to our dedicated:

Reflecting on This Year’s Highlights
Looking back at this past year, we’ve worked hard to give our members access to tech sector data, mentors, industry pros, and a welcoming community that fuels innovation and collaboration. We’ve hosted a record number of online and in-person events and programs, which helped foster connections and learning among peers. Here’s a quick look at some of our standout achievements:
- Our Salary and Total Rewards Survey was larger than ever, reporting data on 243 Canadian tech sector jobs.
- We released a comprehensive report on Employee Benefits Trends in Canada’s Tech Sector. Check out a summary of the report here.
- 181 Canadian tech companies reported data for our 2024 Diversity in Tech Dashboard.
- Members connected for 20 roundtable discussions on topics including performance management, talent acquisition and AI.
- We hosted learning and networking events across more cities than ever this year, from Nanaimo, BC to Montreal, QU.
- Our annual Mentoring Program included participants from early career to VPHRs and CPOs of global companies, connecting leaders who shared learned experiences and industry specific pairings were made that were invaluable to participants.
- Our Tech Talent North conferences in Vancouver and Toronto brought together 700+ People & Culture leaders to learn and connect this year.
- We reached a milestone of 1,000 members across Canada!
