This session aims to provide HR peers with a clear understanding of Long-Term Incentive (LTI) plans. We’ll share best practices, explore different approaches to structuring LTI plans, and discuss how they can be leveraged to drive employee engagement, support retention, and align with organizational goals. We’ll also discuss challenges associated with some current LTI plans.
