Join Eunice Kajoba (She/They) in a session catered towards providing individual managers and team members with practical tools on how to be more proactive in their support of 2SLGBTQIA+ team members at work.

This session will focus on the increasing challenges that the 2SLGBTQAI+ community are facing daily, what the impact is on employees at work and actionable steps managers, teams and organizations can take to combat this. It will be coupled by an incredible panel of EDIB leaders in this space to discuss the meaning behind what is needed for genuine allyship to the 2SLGBTQAI+ community both in and outside of work. Panel members include Chanelle Tye (She/Her), Sara Martin (She/Her) and Naoufel Testaouni (He/Him).

This unique session is one geared not only for HR folks, but one that you could elect to extend an invitation throughout your organization so individuals might benefit from building awareness and understanding of their role in how to create more inclusive workspaces for queer employees and team members.

Eunice Kajoba (She/They) is an equity, diversity and inclusion consultant with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from York University. They have extensive experience working within the human resources space in a variety of industries but most notably in the consulting and technology sectors. Eunice is a highly knowledgeable advisor, workshop facilitator and public speaker to both internal and external groups at local and national levels. She combines her knowledge and experience of HR practices, intersectional frameworks and equity focused strategies in all elements of her work in order to help organizations achieve impactful and long-term success.
