There are a lot of questions that come up when you think about performance reviews.

The Performance Pop-up is a chance for us to talk about some of these questions and hear from others about what they’re doing – what’s working and what isn’t, share success stories and even some that make us facepalm.

We don’t have all the answers – this is a great opportunity to learn together, share our experiences, and hopefully leave inspired to take a closer look at how we approach things and make something meaningful for everyone involved.
